We want you to be pleased with your purchase. That’s why you can exchange or return your purchase for a full product refund within 10 days of receiving your socks.

A Few Things About Our Return and Exchange Process

We want your experience to be a positive one. So we ask that you keep in mind the following things:

When contacting us, tell us your order number, whether you wish to return or exchange the socks, which socks you are returning, and the reason for your return or exchange.

For all returns and exchanges, kindly note the following:

  • The product must be unused and with the labels intact;
  • You must cover the shipping charges on any returns or exchanges;
  • You will not be refunded on our original shipping charges;
  • When exchanging or returning your purchase, we do not accept any responsibility for items lost when shipping to us.

Please contact us BEFORE returning your socks. Otherwise, you may not get your refund or exchange.

If for any reason, our socks are defective, we will replace the defective pair.

We will pay the shipping charges. Socks shipped by regular post. You must notify us within 30 days of purchase. Does not apply to damage caused by normal wear or damage caused intentionally. For overseas customers, duties and additional taxes in your home country may apply.
